When they get called to the scene they don't know what else these vapeheads are on. A guy high off of multiple drugs can shockingly fight off multiple adult men. it doesn't matter if the victim handled the situation poorly when there was zero reason for their to be a situation in the first place. It totally fucking matters. A lot of tragedies can and have occured over even the most insignificant traffic stop where the suspects were the violent agressors.
