One of the first games I got is Slay the Spire which game out August 2019. First party Microsoft games are always on. Like the entire Forza, Halo, and Gears of War series is on and will stay on. The shortest I've seen was RDR2 which stayed on for 5 months. I guess Rockstar didn't want their game on too long. But other than Rockstar, I don't think I've seen another leave before a year minimum. Gamepass is one of the best deals in games and I'm considering getting a Series X mainly for the gamepass selection.
