Topic	Who would you say is the most evil US president?

I mean, unpopular/losing wars are bad; but flat-out genocide just... you can't beat that in terms of 'evil'. You basically have to look at someone like Davis but he wasn't a U.S. president. I find it really surprising no one has said Nixon. I mean, Watergate. I don't think he was the worst (though there's no way I'd consider him 'good') but you'd think some idiot would come in and say he was simply because of corruption and stuff.
