And yeah its incredibly tough. I had a tough time closing folks at all levels before I left. It was very demoralizing. Our company is mid sized and doesnt pay as competitively. Almost every candidate I spoke to had multiple offers and many from the big 5 (Amazon, Apple, Google, Facebook and Microsoft). I asked my brother for help being as he is a software engineer and he pointed me to a 58-hour course by Dr Angela Yu. Dang dude. Enjoy. I hated coding haha Turtlemayor333 posted...
