Some people leaped all over him as being sexist, but I get it. Some women start shit for no reason and some don't. I have had plenty of the former and am now very happy with one of the latter. Does he want a chick that is too timid to go against him or does he just want a girl that's not a jerk tho? It's pretty vague. People should at least hear him out before jumping down his throat. I get how the "wouldn't argue" part could come off as "just listens to everything I say with no talk back", but that doesn't mean it's what he meant.
