Topic	I love buffets
Conception616 06/09/21 9:30:26 AM #13:	I stopped eating at buffets years ago, engorging yourself with 4000 calories in one meal is great when you are trying to pack on the pounds for heavy lifting, not so much when you get older and dont want your joints carrying around that extra weight.
