Topic	World's worst serial killer could be released this year after just 22 years
Shablagoo 06/05/21 9:59:00 AM #1:	Known as La Bestia (The Beast), Luis Garavito raped, tortured, and murdered over 300 children in the 1990s. The courts sentenced him to almost 2,000 years in prison but under Colombian law he can only serve a maximum of 40 and because he cooperated with police apparently theres a chance he could be released in 2021 after having served just 22 years. note: Worlds worst serial killer is what he was dubbed by newspapers, I had to remove the quotation marks to fit the character limit. --- "If you wanna grow your business you need to exploit more." ~Austin_Era_II "Out of those two?
