I don't think it's actually illegal though. I wouldn't recommend doing it, but I think it's a loophole in the law like streaming a movie you didn't pay for. The law only says downloading is illegal. The same with this, it's illegal to meet the teen for the purpose of sex or to actually do anything sexual with them, but he might get off on a technicality that the law doesn't mention talking dirty.
