It's like the melody tricks you into thinking those are quarter notes, but then because it doesn't fit right, it makes you think it can't be 4/4, but it IS in fact 4/4! (I think?) But I actually like the later sections even more. I love it when it gets more ambient, and just all the variety within it makes it a constantly fun listen. --- "Ah, a party!
