On the one hand, it's better to take the high road and not get yourself in trouble. You just know that guy lost his job and is probably gonna face charges of some sort.

On the other hand, man, I wish more public assholes would get their comeuppance like that. People are worse than ever because consequences for actions don't exist anymore. There was a time you didn't do something stupid unless you were ready to throw down. That idiot customer just figured they could get away with it.
