Fucking sucks because there is 100% no reason to make most employees come back. People have proven over the past year that it's more than possible to productively WFH. If they're so worried about it, then make it a "privilege" and determine who is qualified going off of their yearly review. It's proving pretty difficult to find a fully remote job, whether it's with a local company our out of state.
