The burger normally comes with Bacon. You ask for no Bacon. The chef instinctively puts bacon on your burger. Realizing his mistake he takes it off. There are now some small flakes of bacon on your burger that fell off when he was transferring them. You take a big bite of said burger after it arrives and you do not see any bacon.
