She didn't harbor any particular feeling toward dalmations beyond "I want their fur for a coat." Honestly, if she hadn't stolen the puppies I wouldn't even call her a villain. (OK, killing animals for fur isn't exactly good, but it's nowhere near bad enough to make her evil.) Why did she steal the puppies, anyway?
