I would just read all of Mistborn and all of Stormlight Archive (or the other way around) Yeah this is good enough and what I did, though there were less Stormlight books out. The meta stuff is not so complicated that it requires a certain reading order, though that said I would recommend starting with Mistborn these days. Stormlight 3 and especially 4 benefit a lot from knowing side stuff, but 1-2 are good whenever.
