saspa 05/26/21 7:15:14 AM #23:	I haven't seen Maleficent either but after reading a summary I felt like Wicked was the basis for that movie's entire premise. In Wicked's case, if I understand the plot right, I can definitely see ~~the wizard as the bad guy~~ especially if I'm thinking of the hammy James Franco version. I'd still be interested in seeing it. But surprised that it didn't also go through the "making a Hollywood movie out of it" treatment like say Mamma Mia.
