The only reason x marks the spot to either of them is because of their own respective interpretations of what amounts to the same fairy tale. if one side came up with an actual real estate value development based argument then that would have merit and either they should agree upon a buy out price or pay a buy out price to the other. but like most things fairy tale related their reactions make no sense and follow no logic. --- "I pet my dog I don't eat it" ~ Lemone ...
