I'm not sure how I feel about it as an open-world, though, since trying to visit every marker can burn you out. but its characters and some of its side-missions are well-written, and its overall story is pretty decent. I also like how even though you're this badass witcher (maybe one of the best to ever live), you still feel like you're a part of the world rather than being the center of it. --- ...
