I think the top tier seafood would be roasted scallops with minimal seasoning. Followed by geoduck sashimi. Then fresh water prawns, crawfish, shrimp and then lobster/crab. Canned shellfish is ok but it's a fresh vs preserved arguement Though I wouldn't turn down a spider roll made with soft shell crab --- Sometimes you come out on top, sometimes on bottom.
