i've been at my current position for over 2 years now

i've completed the project that they brought me on for (i had experience with the program)

i've burned plenty of bridges

and im bored of the other duties of the position which i've been doing for 2+ years now

so i'm gonna request a lateral transfer once a position opens up in another division i like

2+ years is plenty of time i've given them imo
