Like VIII its easy to break early on if you wish, love the gambit system, no longer done via random encounters, can control the summons of the game rather than just being a one off cutscene attack like most FFs, characters not being locked to a single weapon class, and every party member and enemy being able to act at the same time makes it look a lot better imo as opposed to pausing to watch one person do one thing at a time. For smaller things - The world itself is probably my favorite in the series and made me actually want to talk to most NPCs, Vayne while not great as a main villain actually had a somewhat reasonable motive unlike most in the series, I liked that they used an entire new set of summons with each having some backstory and their own fights, the moogle redesign, the elite marks, and i like the Judges Definitely one of the weakest OSTs and the cast is on the lower end for those that ive played but i loved it overall.
