If a psycho ever breaks into my house at night, which is incredibly unlikely btw, he's not going to have a gun. He is, however, likely to be desperate and unfamiliar with the surroundings, which gives me something of an edge if I need one. Generally speaking, there's much less chance of anybody dying if guns aren't involved and I like that. --- Jesus loves us.
