I've been in the wait camp, because I was also maintaining limitations of where I go. It was a power a choice in that sense if any new developments or options came up in due time.

Some family politics and the floodgates kinda opening had me go for my first dose yesterday. I still don't believe I 100% made a properly informed decision. As crazy as it sounds, yeah I wanted to understand this like something of an armchair bioligist.

But it drew down to the fact I still have a decision. I could still get this done at a hospital, and I still could get Pfizer. Again, really don't know if Pfizer is absolutely the best option, but it was the one I was most confident in and well, I could at least act on that. And yeah, bottom line, the only way to "normalcy" is limiting this spread. Even though I was and still will limit my exposure, I had to make an example out of it. Someone in my family that wants to get out more but didn't get their shots yet. It's like fuck you if I and everyone else around you got their shots with no plans to really go out, you look stupid trying to do the opposite.
