I called this as soon as the eviction bans went into place, as soon as they end we're gonna have millions of people with thousands of dollars owed in rent due ASAP. Because I understand most people are really, really fuckig stupid. Many of us know people who've been collecting their UI, not paying rent, and spending money on frivolous things.
