My speculation is that Red Ventures had no desire to put either the SF team or NY team back into a studio, and probably wanted them to continue streaming from home. Vinny and Alex recently packed up the NY studio and Alex had asked on a pretty recent Beastcast if Vinny had even heard if they were ever going back into a studio. Rewind to over the summer of last year where Alex and Vinny had both said on the Hotspot they didn't sign up become "Twitch" streamers but you do things outside of your comfort zone to keep a job during a pandemic, and Jeff has been streaming cleaning out his garage so he can move his office out there to make room for his baby it just sort of all falls into place (again it's just my theory.)

I will say the same thing I said on the GB forum, if they continue streaming from home this means they aren't obligated to only hire people in SF or NY and that gives them such a wide area to hire from. It sucks losing 3 veterans and 3 guys I like listening to, but when Ben Pack left they got Danny O'Dwyer so it goes to show when one door closes another opens.
