But he, or possibly a shadowy figure behind him, has planned his entire career since his teenage years, and everything about his personality and image is carefully crafted for PR purposes. He's struggling here because he was blindsided with various allegations by his former Svengali, Dominic Cummings, who is trying to ruin him as revenge for being used as a scapegoat.
