If a black person does literally everything a cop is ordering them to do while not breaking any laws, they will be shot and killed.
If a black person takes a weapon, assaults an officer with enough force to bring them to the ground, and stays around for an extended period of time while never actually running away then the cops reaction will be to kind of jog in the general direction and even stop to take his eyes off the perp but offering no commands/orders or anything to subdue the attacker.
