Pay your workers a decent wage then this doesn't even have to be a debate. I've waited tables before as my first job in a restaurant, it's not hard. Yep I got a few tips but i don't see how or why my basic ass skillset warrants more pay than the actual cook. i don't understand how you lot can defend this lol --- *walks away* ...
