Thats how bad the relationship between LE and the public are. Its the cops' fault TBH Absolutely, it's getting frankly ridiculous. There are even people who do exactly as they're told who still die. No wonder people are afraid just to get pulled over, and are crippled with fear as the cops pull a gun on them for no reason. What's ridiculous is that it's not like law enforcement has to be that way. Hell, most other countries have your typical corruption but their law enforcement isn't a militarized punk brigade. I have no qualms with saying I believe in the rule of law, but the rule of law also applies to police officers. The extent to which I'm willing to take the side of police on this issue is in arguments like that lady who screamed taser, I can see her getting manslaughter instead of murder. But I can't justify her getting off entirely.
