First they shoot some Australian lady that phoned in a rape, then they strangle some dude for 10 minutes till the dude was totally dead over a fake bill and finally a 20 year veteran of the force does not even know the difference between a gun and taser and shoots some dude while pulling him over for an air freshener violation.
