Walker was already crazy and felt entitled to everyones respect and admiration, and the serum is amplifying that. Hes more like Red Skull than Steve. Yeah. Walker wasn't wasn't awful guy at first. He meant well but he had trauma, a temper and was desperate to live up to the role of captain America.
