All the white army guy had to do is call the cops and say "Hey there is this suspicious guy that is aimlessly walking through the neighborhood and seems to be loitering in front of my property, can you come check it out?", give his name, the cops look up who the caller is and sees he is a army segeant and they'd be there in a jiffy ready to escort that ignant pedestrian out of that community with a quickness if he doesn't have a clear destination. The white guy did wrong, but that black guy started it and was not innocent and was only making the situation worse by loitering in front of that white guy's property. People like that who aimlessly waste their time doing unproductive things and cause trouble for others are usually 100% up to no good. Also, if a mob of people came to protest en masse in front of my house like that the cops would likely be dragging a bunch of them away in cuffs.
