I made a topic about the logic you guys use here but guess I'll have to post it here as well:

Here's how the lot of you guys' logic work, and with the way the ToS is setup, it works aggressively against you because your emotions gets the best of us.

User 1: I am a Nazi and here are some Nazi propaganda
Most of GameFAQs: FUCK YOU NAZI
User 1 gets suspended for Nazism
After 3 months, User 1 comes back to CE
User 1: Hi everyone
Most of GameFAQs: FUCK YOU NAZI
Most of GameFAQs gets modded for flaming and harassing User 1, where as User 1 no longer posts about Nazism
Most of GameFAQs: The Mods are Pro-Nazis since they mod us and not the Nazi user! FUCK THIS NAZI PLACE

You have to remember that nearly anyone and everyone is allowed in here so long as they aren't breaking the ToS. That means a literal Nazi could be on here so long as he's not posting pro-Nazi shit. At this point, the Nazi knows better and no longer posts Nazi shit however since he has a reputation as a Nazi, you guys will forever harass him and flame him about it and that itself becomes against the ToS. So no, the mods aren't actually Pro Nazi, it's just how the ToS works and some people just know how to use it against you more. God damn it, why do I have to even explain this.
