I can't believe companies would rather sit on their ass and do nothing while their brand name gets reduced to shit and they inevitably get slapped by the courts versus actually being proactive. Obviously all this guarantees is that I will never get another Nissan again. They really fucked up the settlement in the US by not forcing a recall because that would have forced one in Canada as well. There's ultimately no point in just extending the warranty because the replacement unit is obviously identical with the exact same issues (see: people saying they've experienced multiple failures) which means the replacement is obviously going to inevitably prematurely fail as well. --- ...
