Topic	The transmission in my car is dead and I haven't even driven 55k miles

I became aware today of the class-action suit in the US that Nissan settled for replacing the transmission free of charge. I'm going to see if I can push that here. The only issue of course is that I'm going to need to replace my car sooner rather than later because the cvt in this is essentially a ticking timebomb.
