Its six people out of millions is part of it, plus theres the 15 million doses that Johnson had to pull because they were contaminated. Theres also the part where its at 66% and pfizer and moderna are at 95% or so. 100 million Johnson doses were ordered, so at 66% thats 34 million that arent going to work as well as people hope they will.
