Are they trying to have a constructive discussion, or are they just trying to be antagonizing? It's not inherently against the TOU to have a different, stupid, or even wrong opinion. What will get you hit is presenting your opinion as fact, pushing blatantly false narratives in bad faith, or posting an opinion that would be considered offensive.
