Topic	20-year-old shot, killed during Minnesota traffic stop sparks overnight unrest

Isnt firing into a moving vehicle (which also had at least one other passenger) in a public area not something a cop should do because it can cause damage like that? also who the fuck shoots a taser at a moving car? In the video there's three officers present, the suspect is about to be handcuffed and the driver side door is open. He's told he's going to be arrested that's when he starts to wiggle around and the arresting officer said don't do it, he slips out and gets into the driver seat and the shooting officer goes around says I'll taze you, and shoots her gun.
