Topic	How many steps do you usually take a day?
grimhilde00 04/12/21 3:14:33 PM #19:	Precovid I got 15k each work day (I would walk to work which is ~50 minutes one way on top of regular walking around), then I would do spin class on top of that 4-6 days a week. Weekends were more variable depending on if I went out or stayed in. Barely anything now. Though I'll often go on walks that are ~4.5k, it's not super consistent.
