So in the wake of his crimes there was a public debate in a Stockholm suburb that got pretty heated because people (quite rightly) were very upset at structural racism and the government's poor response and understanding of this. At that point the minister of culture, who was also responsible for immigration/integration issues, suggested everyone join hands and sing We shall overcome, as she started singing herself.
