haven't brushed up on my law in a while so this is a dumb question, but if there is literally one juror who is dead set on going "not guilty" regardless of what happens and has happened throughout all this, A.) that's all it takes to get a not guilty on all charges, right? and B.) is there any sort of like, contempt charge or whatever if there is a juror who went in with their mind already made up on trying to let chaivun off the hook?
More likely to just get a hung jury, in which case the case is a mistrial and we get to start all over again
