To answer the poll:
No, because the perpetrator was a white woman

I understand the "oh lets be easy on women thing" making punishments less severe but I have a hard time having someone evaluate this situation and say "nope they are white, they can go free". Like most people regardless of color dont want a psychopathic stab happy bitch to roam free.

By pure chance of probability yes a white woman would be more likely to be excused by being in a majority race (assuming that the rate of crime commited percentage of is consistent throughout all races).

In any case we barely know anything about this case. Was it jealousy? Is the guy a simp and does not want to press charges? Or was it simply overkill on the girls part and it was self-defense?
