You'll never see a report saying "Anti Asian hate is rampant in the White community" The media doesn't report on White people as a group like they do Black people. The Atlanta shooter doesnt represent all White people he was just a crazy guy. But the wieirdo homeless guy in NYC supposedly represents all of us. Or the Arab guy who slashed an Asian in Chinatown a few weeks ago also represents Black people as well.
