Topic	So I'm getting kicked out of my place.

Granted I'm not in a big city but it's not rural either... kinda like yuppie hippie college area. I feel very fortunate but I would hate to have to move right now. I'm in a smaller town but it's just outside of Toronto. The real estate market here is getting crazy. I know a guy who bought a house here 15 years ago for $275,000.
