Topic	They're no dicussions on mental health RE: the Asian attack in New York

Same with the Colorado gunman But the homeless guy on parole for murdering his mother stomps out an Asian person and that angle is mysteriously absent from the discussion...why is that? Ask Democrats, since they always respond to attributing these types of crimes to mental health issues as a cop-out. Also, Republicans have no qualms with locking the mentally ill away in institutions for the betterment of society, but apparently that's considered a violation of "individual rights" or something.
