I hate when they say someone seemed high. Mother Fucker the high of every drug is so different it could mean anything. Someone avoiding eye contact is someone seeming high. A runny nose might make someone seem high. Fidgeting might make someone seem high. And someone running wild and screaming obscenities might make someone seem high. So how exactly can I form an opinion of someone seeming high when its from the opinions of people who are too afraid to try a drug and classify any response to a drug as seeming high
