Might be down to the theory of identity detachment someone posted earlier, but it is what it is. Millennials are already used to being hated by boomers for no reason, so getting antagonized by their bratty kid brother too isn't going to be easily tolerated. The second a zoomer shits on me for being a millennial I'm spamming the smartphone generation/etc. stuff at them. I really wish it could be avoided though. Nah, too many millennials complaining about the things zoomers like and then grouping them all together (such as tide pods) and the like. I'm a millennial and I've seen the whole "90s kids" bit and then complaining "JUST BECAUSE YOU SAW IT DOESN'T MAKE YOU A 90S KID!" bs that keeps happening. Its one of those weird ways people are gloating just because you were born at whatever time.
