It hasn't been long enough or enough of a weight shift but I measured under 160 for the first time in years so maybe it's doing something. Not that 160 is a bad number though. The only thing that matters is that I want to lose some belly fat, so it doesn't mean much, but it helps with self-encouragement at least ... Copied to Clipboard! |
