OK, so as someone who works at Home Depot, we have a similar (but not nearly as well produced) training video that is "anti-union". I can also admit that we also, maybe obviously, have African American actors in our training videos as well.

As someone who sees both points of view from both sides, I have a hard time sympathizing for union control of retail jobs. If you accept a minimum wage job loading trucks or whatever, it's your own damn fault.

Electricians, plumbers, HVAC, manufacturing, etc...is a different story. I can see the need for unions in those fields. Skilled jobs need an organization that helps train and market your talent in addition to standing up to management that might be trying to skirt safety protocols to increase productivity.
