I need something resolved about MBDTF before we cover it: there are two pairs of tracks I usually see combined when people discuss the album. Do we want to keep everything separate or combine these two?
All of the Lights (Interlude)/All of the Lights
Lost in the World/Who Will Survive In America

The All of the Lights Interlude feels like a hard track to properly rank - it feels like the type of thing that would either be the bottom or at least the most neutrally ranked track. As such, I think it would be better to just ignore it entirely or combine it with All of the Lights (When I eventually nominate Sufjan Stevens' Illinois, I will similarly be tossing out all the short tracks, and I think the same will happen for any hip hop album containing skits - I don't want to include anything that is conceptually hard to rank compared to full songs.)

Who Will Survive in America stands out a bit better on its own, but it still feels like an extended outro to Lost in the World and I think both work better together than apart. Apparently they were even treated as a single track during an early leak but got separated for the final release.
