I wouldn't try to remove anything from the inside of my body without some understanding of what it is. Can you name the specific things you want to remove from your body? Your body can tolerate some level of random chemicals in it. Your liver and kidneys are the organs responsible for cleansing you. Starving them is not going to help them. Like you know how you're supposed to eat before a test? You're dumber when you're hungry. You will feel like a zombie almost the whole time, and probably won't fully recover for days afterwards.
